I'm used to the City's website so can find my way around it but for someone new, I imagine it's difficult. Especially for job-hunters. And there's no way that it meets the recommendations for the visually impaired. 

I use the Bexar County Appraisal District's website pretty often. And I used it a lot when I was house-hunting. For property searches, it's easy to use and the information contained on the page is very thorough.
